Display screen that shows backup camera, etc. glitches & goes black and two different Chevy dealerships couldnt locate the problem. They’ve replaced a front module, DVD player & rear amp. Guess what??? Still not fixed! Contacted General Motors and they told us no one else in their nationwide system has ever had this issue so no help in site!
Our 2018 Chevy Tahoe was diagnosed (5 ˝ hrs) recently for the 5th time. It is now at the dealer once again (4 days) to see if they can figure it out! Gave us a subpar loaner! Call us more than frustrated!!!

 

Welcome to the forum from Florida. Don't let up on them. They have to fix it no matter how many parts they have to change.

 

The dealer has had our vehicle for a week trying to duplicate the issue to no avail! Will have to contact GM again!!! 😤

 

You can also try a different dealer.
