Hi all, new to the forum, 1st transmission repair. I have a 2012 Silverado 1500 4.8 with the 4L60E, smoked 3-4 pack, also damaged the input drum. The replacement input drum I got has the same part number but smaller holes in the side, hoping someone can tell me what they are for and if they will impact operation.
