98 suburban chirping around flywheel.

Default 98 suburban chirping around flywheel.
Can anyone help? My 98 suburban 1500 has a rhythmic chirp/whistle after it has warmed up and stops when I accelerate over 1800 rpm or just touch the gas. the sound seems to be coming from the flywheel/compression plate area but replaced it and still persists.
