Default Bent and thrown rods with broken rocker studs.

Hey everyone so I had a motor build 383 stroker 10:1 comp with pro comp heads and a bigger cam. I broke it in and have never had it running right . So I checked compression on 1 and 3 after noticing both holes were cold and found the following picture. How does that happen

Hydraulics, either lifters or cam, my take lifters. Just a guess.

Compressed ? I was almost wondering if the 2 jumping off caused the 2 bent rods

Failure anaylisis to me says hydraulic. Could be a couple bad pushrods. What does the base off the lifters look like, mar, scratching ect?

How did you set the valve lash?

Base of lifters look fine I just checked one though and its frozen not a smidge of movement on it

I didn't it was set by the engine builder supposedly.

So I was finally able to get the lifter out of cylinder 1 and it's chipped around the edge and so is the cam. Not correct crown on lifter ? Anyway good excuse to buy the trick flow top end kit 🤷‍♂️
