Does a 65 use a road draft tube or pcv system?
systems of blow by are oil in the air filter (if it uses a pcv system) and leaking seals.

the fix for xs blowby past the piston rings...is teardown...measurements to determine the next steps. boring, honing, new rings.

if you answer my question...I can answer yours.
Hard to answer a question without knowing how its built. If there is a fault in the pcv system that could be the fix. If it uses a road draft tube...the pcv fix can't apply.
