Default A/C compressor not engaging

My 2001 Impala 3.8L is blowing hot air. The compressor in not spinning.
I checked the fuses, and switched the horn relay with the a/c relay
The Horn still works and the compressor still doesn't.
Anyone have idea where to check next? Thanks

If you have a voltmeter or test light, with it on, unplug the a/c clutch connector, and check for voltage. If there is not, then, since you've checked the fuse, look at the switch, it could also be a cutoff switch. If you have voltage, it is probably an issue with the clutch.
