Crank fuse connection and wires missing
Picked up a 1994 full size chevy blazer - Silverado edition, it had a plow attached with an Isolation Module installed. The 350 engine was pulled and built to a 383 stroker. In the meantime the Isolation Module was removed, new front frame constructed to repair the damage from the plow.
The Crank fuse connecting wire from the back of the fuse box from under the dash are missing and a fuse cannot be connected, the fuse retaining metal prongs are also missing. Does anyone know where to get new fuse box prongs and how to run and attach new wire from the ignition switch to the fuse box and then to the starter to crank and what color wires need to look for under the dash.

You will be better served by placing technical questions in the are for your specific vehicle, since as it says at the top of the page, this is the area to introduce yourself (only).
This may give you a start on figuring out the wiring. Service manuals, including wiring diagrams, are available at this link for EVERY 1994 Chevrolet model:

Sources for the fuse prongs - if an auto parts place like RockAuto.com doesn't sell them, you next best option is a junk/salvage yard.

Nice Blazer project! For the fuse box prongs, you might find replacements at a salvage yard or through specialty wiring suppliers like Painless Performance. To rewire, locate the ignition switch wire (usually pink or purple for GM) and run it to the crank fuse position, then to the starter solenoid. A factory wiring diagram will be invaluable here.
