Default Help!!!

My name is David I own a 2009 Chevy Suburban LT. The check engine light is on. I had it read and a code of U0100 (a failure to communicate with ECM/PCM A. What does this code mean.

Remove the neg battery cable for a few minutes see if it will clear. If it is running it's not real. ECM (electronic control module to PCM is power train control module). Module here module there here a module there a module everywhere a module..........
