Xrumer blast can you obtain site vistors and backlinks?

somebody used xrumer blast in the some time ago? Can anyone have visited website xrumer ? Can we obtain thousands backlinks and visitors with xrumer in that service? My website is 3 days old and I need many cool backlinks and vistors.
