New to this forum. My 2005 Malibu Classic just died. Timing chain went on the 2.2 after 267xxx... 2003 down the road for sale w same motor, even same color. Thought this might be a good buy since I might already have my "parts car". How much will be interchangeable, from drive train, front end, body, etc.?

 

my guess would be engine and trans. I think the suspension an body are a complete redesign. a wrecker should be able to cross reference.
