Hey guys my name's Jeff I'm 18 and I live on the west coast of Florida. I recently got my first vehicle which is a 1990 C1500 5.0L V8 305ci. I have a lot of plans for it soon which include new fenders, tailgate, driver door, and a fresh paint job to be complete by the beginning of May. My dream project truck was a 69 Fleetside C10 Short bed but this is close enough for me and I'm excited. I flew to Boca Raton and drove it back from my brothers house. It's rough and hard to look at now but soon It'll be half way decent and I'm taking it one step at a time and making sure to do everything right, no shortcuts.

As far a my mechanics background I'm an apprentice as an Airframe & Powerplant mechanic at the airport but I'm still learning and have a little experience working on cars and dirtbikes.

I'm excited to join the community to learn a little something from everybody around here and would love to share my some build progress. It's going to be a good time trying to bring back this old roofing truck to something that I want to show off.
