Hi, just joined the forum after spending some time reading all the great info, just picked up a 1997 4 door Tahoe, one owner all service records with 130k on it, runs great. But like all used cars/trucks needs some help, front seats have covers because they are blown out, what's the best option for not alot of money? The bucks are kinda tight.

Welcome mvent. I think he has a point. I always was looking for "wearable" items and if I needed a motor or tranny, usually tried to purchase quality rebuilt or new. So look around for a newer year version of what you need and I'll bet you find it. Enjoy the forum and thanks for joining us here.
