How's it going everbody? Just wanted to introduce myself. Me and my gf just picked up a 2002 Chevy Silverado 4.8L and love it. We traded in our 05 5Dodge Magnum for the truck. My gf will mainly be the one driving since it was her car that we traded in but I do want to mod the engine a bit so you will primaly see me on the forums. For myself I own a 2002 Dodge Ram 4.7L and have done some modification to it which I am sure you dont want to hear about since its a Dodge lol. I will be do a lot searching on these forums for best intake, exhaust, headers etc.. before I post something that has been posted a million times.
But if anyone has any suggestions on which products I should get just let me know.

welcome to u and your gf. don't go knockin' what she once had-or what u still have! 7" lift. 35's............nniiccceeee! now all u need to do 2 the 4.8 is force a little more air into it! maybe look @ better gears to help thoose 35's dig in deep in the soft stuff.

 

Not knocking my man and thanks for the welcome. This was actually our 4th Dodge we owned, just wanted something different this time around. As for the gears, the truck came equipped with after markets on. Dont know which gear ratio is in nor did the dealership but this truck really pulls up hills like nothing.
Cant wait to start modding it up a little
