Hows it going everyone?. Got a 2011 silverado waiting for me back at home when i get out of korea in about 30days thanks god.

i used to have a 2007 toyota tacoma x-runner now on to the chevy's

anyways im 24 moving to NY from AZ so rode trip when i get home.

i got some question tho. how much can you haul with a silverado 1500 4x4 4.8L? just a couple miles maybe 4 miles round trip.

i know what the specs say but specs and what people have done are 2 different things.

Depending on your cab size your vehicle can tow from 6,000 pounds to 5,500 pounds. You can find your specific trailering specs in your owners manual in section 9 on page 96 and the ratings continue on till page 108. I hope this information helps you.
