Hello to everyone. My name is Alex and I have owned my 2007 Impala SS since March of 2009. I will post pics soon, but the modifications I have made are as follows:

-K&N Cold Air Intake with custom wrapped heat shield
-Magnaflow Muffler Swap
-Upgraded to Stock Option Chrome wheels (bling bling)
-Some de-badging and re-badging
-Air Bag emblem swap
-Upgraded to Performance Friction Rotors and Pads (highly recommended)
-Front and Rear STB's from DRCustomparts.com... best bang for your buck to enhance handling


I have had a few issues with the car, but nothing major, so I am hoping to be able to help out those having the same issues. I am by no means an expert with cars, so it would be nice to have a group to turn to when more issues arise.

Is there a lot of 06-09 Impala activity here? I see a lot of 00-05 threads but members with the newer impala seem to be few and far between. I hope to fix that issue

Welcome to the forum and I think that whatever Chevy you are driving you can find some good help here. There are several certified techs that post often among the members.

 

Welcome Alex. Your question is a valid one concerning 06> Impalas. I thought about your question some and since I haven't had many problems with mine, I assumed that other owners weren't having any REAL problems with theirs. I could be wrong, but usually when Chevy owners have problems they howl about 'em. So welcome and understand that I'm jealous of you and your SS (pic's soon??).
