05 Suburban guy who tows a 24 foot hybrid travel :trailer. Formerly a Tacoma owner. I was a Chevy Dealer tech from 92-99. So far, I have installed vent shades, bug deflector, Isimple Gateway ipod interface & Wade mats. I have the Spectre Cold Air intake I will install this weekend. I plan on changing all fluids to synthetic for mileage and longevity. I am a phone gut during the week who drives a flatbed tow truck on weekends.

Default Taco

The Taco handled the weight well with the Weight distributing hitch, It stopped well. Driving down the thruway on flat was fine but any uphill and the truck would got to second gear at 4000+ rpm. Then the mileage would be about 11 mpg. I haven't towed the trailer with the Sub yet.
