Default New poster looking for information

Hey all,

New poster and casual car guy. Proud owner of a 2000 GTP that's been an AMAZING car. I posted the full story in the "other" area, but I'm looking on the scoop on chevy, or any other US maker coming out with basically a current version of the big engine G8 (other than the 70K caddy). If you know the scoop, please drop down to other and help a guy out.
Thanks!

The G8 is a good choice. What exactly do you want to know? Which GM models coming out are full sized V8 cars similar to G8? I would just go with the G8 its a beautiful car

Yeah, I want to know if anyone has heard about GM or even ford/chrysler bringing out a big engine sedan. I'd love a G8, but don't want a used one. Right now, all I see is the 70K caddy, and that's too much. I heard rumors a few years back that they were going to rebrand the G8 as a caprice, and while they have appeared to do that, its only for the police version.

So, the question to the forum was if there were any new rumors of any american-made V8 or big 6 full-sized sedans on the horizon?
