New to this thread

Hey yall im new to this thread, grew up around chevys and i love them, finally got my first silverado. Have some plans, its only a 4.3 5sp, i want to put something to help beef it but don't drop the gas mileage to much, i know its high mileage but its really strong. any ideas or help would be great.
