Default Rear Brake Removal

Hello! This is Brake man thanks in advance for all suggestions. Ok I'm driving a 2001 Prizm I have had no problems changing the front brakes(Pads) But now I am hearing nosies from the rear. Having trouble getting the rear brake drum off cannot find the slot to the self ajuster to back off the shoes to i guess relive the tension please help

Welcome to the forum,
You may need to use a mallet to tap the drums off as the shoes have most likely have worn into the drum surface and as you suggested either backing off the shoes or just tap the drum off to over come the ridge
