Default Security System

Hi, Could any one help me with the security system on a 2005 Chev cobalt.
We replaced the tank fuel pump and some how armed the system and it want start ( Crank Over) . Not sure whats happened but I here theirs trouble with these systems. The battery is full charged.

Welcome to the forum...
What makes you believe its a security issue? did you leave the keys in the ignition when disconnecting the battery or fuel pump?
Most likely you have a blown fuse or shorted wire when you did the pump, check all of the fuses and if need be check your work at the fuel pump to see if any wires have become pinched or shorted...
