tow/haul problem!

tow/haul problem!
I got a 99 Silverado 1500 and for the last two days my T/H light stays on. I click the button the shifter but its still on. and today it was turning on and off while going down the road. after that it has stayed on. I shut the truck off and the light was out but put it in drive the lights back on!!! any suggestions people?? HELPPP
