I have a simple question, that has been answed many times. But mine is specific. I have a chevy tahoe, 2005 4 wheel drive, 5.3 engine, with HD trailer package, 3.42 diferential.
VIN 1GNEK13TX5R102847

On the door of the tahoe it says 6800 GVW, on the trailer it says 5K GVW

I plan to use the anti sway bars.

Can I tow this trailer easily?

Are there anyother things I have to do?

The current model can tow 8,000 lbs. Not sure what the previous model was rated at but bet it's close.

When you mentioned anti-sway bars, are you talking about the ones associated w/ a hitch?
