Is it possible to upgrade a 2015 3500HD LT to the tpms system

Welcome to the forum...

From an after market stand point absolutely, there are aftermarket kits to do tire pressure monitoring...
As for factory, I can not answer, do you have a DIC or drivers information center for the 3500?

I was not sure if there would be a software upgrade. and then install sensors in the tire.
