Trany fluid leak location - Chevy Sportvan, G20

Trany fluid leak location - Chevy Sportvan, G20
Hi guys,
I just bought my van few weeks ago. I found trany fluid leak on my driveway.
After quick look under the van I found the leaky spot but I don't have an idea about the name of this component of the trany. My question is it an O-ring for replacement and what's the name of this o-ring when I go to order it in the parts store, am I going to loose a lot of fluid during replacement operation?

Most of the trucks&vans has the same.
