truck shuts off when turn on lights

Hi have a 1995 c/k 2500 pickup. Starts ok when I turn on lights step on brakes or turn on turn signals shuts off any ideas out there. Turn on radio or heat blow er or inter. Lights doesn't shut off??? Help thaks
