I got a 73 chevelle ss with a 350 engine I've noticed the serpentine belt is removed and the ps pulley is less than a pinky away from my frame/chassis is this normal or how should I go about getting better clearance , engine might have been swapped or replaced any info is greatly appreciated thanks.

I've added a few pics of engine if you look closely under ps pulley there's a bolt missing also it's a real tight squeeze not sure if a belt would even fit
