Exclamation 4-link suspenion help please!!!!

ok I am having issues I'm so confused its not funny.

Ok so I bought a '73 Chevy Nova with a 4 link rear setup. It does not appear to be done professionally but seems to have been done with a little knowledge. It shifted itself to the driver side of the car enough that the outer sidewall of the driver tire is rubbing the outer finder and the passenger side is rubbing the inner finder. I have no clue where to start to get it centered back up.

The upper to links are significantly shorter than the lower and are at an angle which from a little research appears to be a triangleated 4link which says no panhard bar is needed and would make things worse??? Is that true?

Sorry I'm stupid when it comes to this wish it had the leaf springs in it so I didn't feel this way but I would appreciate it if someone can help please....

You should still use panard bar.which runs parallel with the diff.
Have you checked inspected the Heim joints.ie bent/broken?check all mounting hardware/attachment points from broken weld/brackets.
3-5 degree pinion angle (ref).try this first.
