Default Good deal on 68 nova?

I am looking at a 68' Nova in a couple days and it seems like it's at a decent price. Info:

Possibly trading my 96 Cobra for it (worth around $11k)
68' Nova
355 motor with camel hump 202 heads (newly rebuilt and bored .030 over)
TH350 tranny (newly rebuilt with hurst manual shifter and b&m stall converter)
Built rear end (forged axles/shortened 1.5" each side/3.23 gears)
Drivetrain is mostly new..Pretty new paint job. No rust. Lots of new parts.

The problems/things needed:

Left signal doesn't work (wiring of some sort)
No wiper motor
Back seats need reupholstering
Alignment

So is $11k a good buy for this vehicle? Any input is helpful, thanks in advance! Craigslist ad below:

In today's market it looks like a good deal for $11,000, since he is asking $13,000.
