Default Hello & Thank you in advance!

Hello,
My name is Tom, I'm working on a 62 Chevy II convertible. It still has the stock motor & front end suspension.
I'm hoping someone can tell me if a 1974 Mustang II full front end clip would swap? Bolt right on, or need welding or other modifications??

Thank you!

Default No....

I have no idea why you would think that a Mustang front clip would fit into a 1st gen car. There are lots of aftermarket suppliers that offer re-pop'd parts for this application. Ultimately, you could adapt the Mustang clip to fit somehow, but I believe that the results would be less than acceptable.
