Default Hole in steering column 1970 Nova

I have a 1970 Nova that was originally a 3-speed column shift. The transmission was converted to a 4-speed. This left a hole in the steering column where the original shift lever was. Is there any way to rotate the section of the steering column with the hole so that the hole is at the bottom of the column and less visible ? If not does anyone make a product that covers the hole.
