I recently blew up my Nova's original 307 motor and replaced it with a 305. It runs great with no problems. My problem is it is noisy in park. While sitting in park it makes a loud sucking or whistling noise (kinda high pitched) I was told it might be my Carb but have yet to actually have someone pop the Hood and check. The Carb came off my 307 but it was rebuild before I put it on the 305. I am not really sure where to start will pop the Hood when it warms up some and try to better locate the sound. It only does it in park. Was hoping to get another's opinion on what to do.
