Has Existing 12-volt outlet in cabin area
Has Existing Shelving in cabin area

Have 2 new rubber gaskets for front doors-need to install
Have new 12-volt fan-need to install

Vehicle history as far as I've learned from previous owner.

The vehicle is a 1968 Chevy P10 Step Van

In 1973 my friend Henry bought it from another locksmith named Ted. I don't know how long before 1973 Ted started using it as a Locksmith truck in Glendale, Arizona. Henry used it from 1973 - 2008 as a locksmith vehicle in Glendale, Arizona. In 2008 he retired and sold me his business which included the truck. Being he was 81 when he retired he didn't put too many miles on it the previous 5 years or so. Since purchased in 2008, we've used it as a mobile locksmith vehicle, but started using the Astro van about a year ago. So even tho it could be used as a daily driver it only gets a little usage for local neighborhood calls because it is a well known vehicle here in Glendale, Arizona. Even appearing with me in a local newspaper article.

Did you every sell this? I've been looking for a P10 step van for a while now with no luck.
