Thebest of the best SBC, the Chevy II with Recessed Oil Filter mount, Extra-thick Cylinderwalls (can be bored to 4.00”), Higher Nickel Content, 2 piece rear main seal (Neoprenenot rope), 2 bolt main.
This isa rare Chevy 283 bare block core used in Chevy II – Chevell, Camaro and Novaapplications. This block core has been vatted, and checked for cracks and readyfor your machine shop!
Cylindersare currently STD 283 Bore.
