Greetings all,

The images attached are of the neutral safety switch from my 82' Chevy Truck. I need to replace this part and am having trouble finding a replacement. When doing my own research online, none of the websites match my part as an 82' Chevy part. I am thinking someone who previously owned the vehicle many years ago replaced the whole neutral safety switch unit with an alternative year or car model. If anyone has any knowledge on this then that would be great!

Hi! Thank you for responding. Unfortunately I have already looked at Rock Auto and the part visibly does not match. As I stated in my post I have looked online but what the websites say is my part doesn't match what I actually have on my Chevy. I'm assuming the whole unit was switched out many years ago to that from another vehicle or model. Thanks for trying to help though! (:
