Disassembly Headlamp Switch GM (25858705) 07-14 Suburban / Tahoe
Hi, I'm new here and
I want to share with you some pictures as I didn't find any pictures in google about how to Disassembling this switch , for who need to modify bulbs color or clean or trying to fix Headlamp Switch GM (25858705):
Notice :I'm not responsible about any damages do it at your own risk
So first wear gloves it's greasy
some tools
1-pry 4 sides to pull out the cover
2-cover pulled out
3-pull out the circuit carefully also by pushing from other side
4-here you can see the metal place on the left and the spring on the right cover in corner don't forget the spring as I did because some time it jump away and you don't know where it was placed.
spring zoom in
to assembly again you need to take your time and 1-put back the Metal in the case in the same time don't let spring move away when your insert the circuit back in case 2-push this metal away to fit the circle **** by tiny screw driver its little tricky but you will do it
3- after packing up every thing try the switch and check buttons make sure all ok
4-clean your tools and put it back
that's it
I hope this helpful information GL
