1994 K1500 transmission fuse blowing

1994 K1500 transmission fuse blowing
I have a 1994 K1500 that just started blowing the transmission fuse over and over. The speedometer also quit working which may or may not be related. I’m looking for any possible ideas if anyone has one of the same year and has had similar issues. Thanks in advance
