Hose and wire chewed by rats. What are these called and where can I buy them. Can someone point me in the right direction please.

 

Looks to me like the rats or mice got your EGR wire and the wires for your fuel injection system to me. I am not as well versed in the GM 4.8, liter, but that my conclusion. Man, you really need to put some cleaner on your motor. I have a 1998 1500 and its real clean under the hood. Don't mean to rag on you, but I prefer a clean motor.
