5.3 swap in 1990 k1500

5.3 swap in 1990 k1500
So I want to pick up a 5.3l vortec and drop it in my 90 k1500, the TBI are great and all but not exactly the hp I want. I want know if anyone knows where I can a premade wiring harness for this swap (if there is one) and where should i get the engine mounts for the cheapest $? thanks in advance if anyone knows or can help in the slightest.
