You'll need an adaptable puller. You can likely rent one from an auto parts store. But you have more pulling to do.

Thanks so much! Got everything off and replaced the ignition (truck started right up) so success.
New problem: putting the steering wheel parts all back on. I can't get the locking plate back on because I think the splines aren't lining up with the splines on the shaft. (Should've marked it with a sharpie to start, but here I am now.) Any ideas for this problem?
