Default 99 Chevy 3500 won't start

Have a 99 3500 and have been dealing with it for a month not starting. It had low fuel pressure so we changed out the fuel pump. Fuel pressure is at its spec but still will not start. Unplugged and cleaned the mass air flow sensor. Replaced cam sensor, the distributor cap and rotor, still nothing and today we changed the computer and still no luck. It will crank over, stay on for one second the shut off. Sprayed carb cleaner and it will stay on with hesitation. Slowly wanting to give up on this truck. Any thoughts?

Not sure where that is located at. The onlymodule I seen was the ignition module, and that was mounted on the coil bracket. The only sensor in the distributor area was the camshaft sensor which was replaced also.
