Hey guys my 99 malibu with a 3.1L is having a weird electrical problem and i was wondering if anyone had some advice. A week ago I was on my way home from work and my dash lights, warning lights, and even my odometer start flickering wildly. Then a couple days later I would go to start it and the whole dash started flickering again and 2 seconds later it died and after a few tries it started and ran just fine until the next time i went to start it. It's gotten to the point where I cant get it started at all. I've already swapped out the battery, replaced the altenator, checked the two body grounds by the battery, and even bypassed the ignition switch (thinking it was the theft system problem thats common with those vehicles) and nothing has helped. I'm at a loss and was wondering if anybody has had the same problem or just knows what i should check next?
