Chevrolet Poor Service
I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from Chevrolet owned service center KC Motors based at Hyderpora, Srinagar, J&K. I dropped my Chevrolet Optra off at the station. I had to get the shockers and suspension fixed; rest of the car was working fine. They charged me INR 6500 and handed the car over to me on Saturday, quoting they have fixed the problems. On Sunday morning, i tried to start my car and it won’t start since then. Though i somehow took the car back to the service centre and they said, it was a minor glitch and has been fixed. That again was a lie, because my car won’t start since those good for nothing technicians touched my car. I regret taking my car over to the above mentioned service center, having accomplished anything.
I am most annoyed that I wasted resources, most importantly my precious time on such an awful service. My impression of Chevrolet has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how to get it fixed, because i am afraid of leaving my car in the hands of most unprofessional people stationed over there. God knows what other problems may exist. I have had to engage the services, and incur the expense, for nothing at all.
I trust this is not the way Chevrolet wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been with you since many years and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring.

That sucks, sorry for your bad experience. We have representative from chevy customer service here, hope they could address your problem.
