Red face Do My Specs Look Okay For My Build

I plan on rebuilding my 383 stroker. I bought the truck with the engine in it and decided after two blown head gaskets I wanted a little more hump. This is going to be mainly a daily and occasional off road rig. How does this setup look to you guys? If you could recommend any better parts please do
I am trying to stay at a 10:1 ratio but am having some trouble with my calculator.

4.03 bore
3.75 SCAT crank
5.7 stock connecting rods so far (what's a good brand for a set of these?)
flat top 5 cc forged aluminum pistons
64 CC heads (anybody ever dealt with comp heads?)
Comp cam at 240 intake 246 exhaust 0.507/0.510 on lift with a 110 lobe
0.41 head gasket thickness
4.03 head gasket bore
** I put this info into my DCR calculator and it shows a 9.9 compression while using the 'dynamic stroke'. When I put in my cam specs it shows a 46 on my intake closing angle making my dynamic stroke a 3.33 with my original 3.75 stroke variable and rod length.
**Now if I use my actual stroke at 3.75 with the rest of the data it shows that I would have to go to 72cc heads to achieve under an 11 compression. So should I use my dynamic stroke to compute or my actual crank stroke specs?
350 Turbo trans
Probably running 35's
2.5" exhaust
no idea on what headers to go with or stall converter
-Sorry for the huge mass of info. I am just pretty confused and don't want to have to build a second time.
