First off, I wanna say that you are lucky to drive it.

Second: How are those awesome new tow mirrors? I like the design GM went with. Turn signal indicators both in the front and the back. I also noticed another set of LEDs. Are those some kind of courtesy light or some kind of extra backup lamp? They are just plain sexy and wish they fit on my 05 Silverado.

Third: How is the diesel performance? Like power, acceleration, towing (if applicable), and just overall awesomeness of the new Duramax.

 

Howdy! The mirrors were great. I could see everything in them. Those LEDs you saw on the mirrors were white and came on with the top-mounted and bed-mounted cargo lights. They lit up the sides of the Sierra and would come in handy at a camp or job site.

As far as the Duramax's performance, I'll address that in my full review.
