Default About to buy this Sierra. Would you?

Hello everyone.

I just got back from dealer. Looking at a 2011 GMC Sierra.

She has 22,000 miles even. They are asking 32,895

I have a trade in offer of 17,500. Its an 06 Toyota Tacoma SR5 TRD Sport. I feel its expected to be so low since it has 47,000 miles, and a ****ty LIFT which only hurts the value.
The headlights leak, the brakes are bad, the roof is drilled where I had antennas and **** mounted, the cat is rotted, the body is rusted to ****. It has an accident on its carfax.
I feel lucky im getting anything for it. I bought it for 21,000 2 years ago.

So they are offering me 32,895 - 17,500 - 1,200 down = 14,195 financed fot 72mo at 4.9%

Sound ok?

here is the link :2011 GMC Sierra 1500 for sale in Paramus - - Paramus Chevrolet

Clean carfax.

Should I spoil myself?

Granted, mine is an extend cab, but that is more than I paid for my brand new 2013 Chevy. The truck looks quite nice and probably has more options (I have the convenience and all star packages), but it seems a little high. Also, I don't know your credit situation or what reate are in your area, but in Utah with good credit you can get 2.99%-3.49% at any credit union for up to 72 months. You might want to shop their rate.Let us know what you decide. I came out of a 2005 4Runner which was a sweet ride, but I love my new Chevy!!!

Yeah I should bargain the price. They offered me that rate without actually running my credit. I already know its a 755, so it would be less. What should I ask for?

I would agree, I would rather get a new one even if it has fewer options for that price. I think that you could also get them to lower the price.

So I ended up walking out of the dealership. They were firm on the price of the truck and would not go any lower. For a couple thousand more I can get a brand new truck. I don't care if it's an 2011 with 22,000 miles, it's still a used truck.

I'll try my luck with another dealership.

If your a member of Costco's, try their auto buying program. When I bought my LTZ crew last April, they offered $1k under invoice on a new truck.
