So i am looking at a 09 2500 its an LTZ package its got everything im looking for in it but... its got RWD

is this a big deal? i live in a city and for work i go in mud once in awhile i live in southern Canada were winters can get a bit harsh sometimes also i am looking to buy a boat around 6000lbs in the coming summer

who would buy this truck for what i would use it for or would you wait till a 4wd one comes on the market

P.S i have being looking for 8 months and this is the only one in my price range and comes close to what i am looking for and have not found one close to it

If the price is right go for it. You don't have to keep it for ever. Add some weight in the bed in the winter time.

I run a RWD 2007 Silverado 2500 LT 6.0 summer and winter here in Wisconsin - also tow a 27 ft. 5th wheel. Yes, if the snow is 6" deep, I wish I had FWD, but I still go. I don't go offroad, it's a highway vehicle. Michelin tires help a bunch!
