Lifted truck alignment
Dear Members,
I bought a 5.7 Chevy K2500 crew cab that came with a 2 inch body lift. It also has off-road tires. I had the entire front end rebuilt and brought it too a truck alignment shop to align it. After getting it fixed my truck steers straight as an arrow at slow speeds. But when I get on the highway and go excess of 50 mph it feels squirrelly and needs constant correction to keep it going straight. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Is it squirrelly because its wandering all over the road or is does it need constant correction because it staying in the same direction... and not returing to center?
If the latter, I was wondering if the steering box high point adjustment is to tight. I haven't seen it on steering boxes but racks...its so tight it just steers where its pointed and the return to center is non existent.
post your alignment numbers, maybe the caster is to low?
with the wheels off the grd, how hard is it to grab the tires and move from stop to stop?
