Mid 60s C30 rear end question

1965ish C30. Trying to see if theres a way to swap over to a 8 hole wheel. And also trying to figure out which rear end is in the truck
truck was pulled outta a pasture at my brothers place. All 4 back wheels seized, wheel size is a 7.00x18, wanting something newer and more readily available
