I have a 1991 TV on a p30 chassis with a 454. I have a no start issue that began with jumper cables shorting on the body. I've replaced the cap, rotor, coil, ignition module and pickup coil. Found the injector fuse and the ECMb fuses blown. Ignition switch is fine.

When I turn the key to start, I get fuel and spark. It fires when key is held in start, but not when key returns to run. But, if I use starter fluid it stays firing in run position.

ECM codes 12 12 12....that and the fuse blew leads me to believe the computer isnt the issue.
