Default Noisy power steering pump

Replaced PS pump on our 1985 K20 Scottsdale plow truck because the old one was squealing. Read in several places about raising the front and the turning the steering wheel to the right and left stop 20 times. I have done that several times. Then I start the truck, let it warm up for 2 minutes and check - it still squeals. I did the initial bleeding before I had even started the truck. So, I bleed again. Every five complete turns I checked the fluid, fluid is steady, wait 15 minutes (one post I read said to wait this amount of time), turn the steering wheel 5 more times and I continue the procedure until I've turned it 20 times. Start the truck again and again it squeals. Put my Mity vacuum on it; it has a rubber cone shaped stopper with a hose connection on top. Pumped it up and it sucked up PS fluid from the vacuum pump reservoir until the PS reservoir over flowed, figured that's fine I'll just siphon the the fluid down to where it needs to be. The vacuum was as 20 pounds. Did the turn-the-steering-wheel (TTSW) dance again. Started the truck and the PS still squealed. Next, day - I used my hand vacuum pump, the vacuum would remain at 20 pounds, so I assume there are no leaks, did the TTSW again, the pressure would go down to 15 but then it would go back up to 20, waited 10 minutes, the pressure remained at 20 pounds. After doing this 20x started the truck and near the stop either way the pump would squeal. Ended up throwing my hands up, putting the plow back on, and all of the time the pump was squealing. I'm open to any suggestion short of gasoline and match. By the way this was a remanufactured pump.

You probably checked this, but could it be the belt causing the squeal and not the pump?

Yes, the noise is the same when I turn right and left. I did not notice any air bubbles in the reservoir.

The noise isn't coming from the belts. All new belts and none of them are making a noise.

The line(s) may have a restriction to the flow of fluid causing the noise. The inside of the hose(s) can flap over and you don't see it. Plus, what brand of reman pump is it? There is plenty of junk out there.

I would use this. Swapping the reservoir is no big deal.
